Orders will usually be dispatched within 7 working days from when the order is completed, for items held in stock, and between 5 and 10-days for items not currently held in stock. If any of the ordered items is going to take longer than 10 days, we will do our best to keep you updated on the estimated delivery date. All packages will require a signature on delivery to enable us to track the delivery and we require that all customers inform us immediately in the unlikely event that any items are not delivered within 28 days. Under normal operating cicumstances a notifictaion email will be sent to the customer when an order has been dispatched. Sometimes if the order is dispatched near the 5PM deadline the notification email will not be sent until the next day. To ensure that you receive the email please ensure that your registered email address is both correct and up-to-date. In the unlikely event that any items are delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, it is required that you inform us and return the items within 7 days of delivery, so that we may make any necessary arrangements to replace the items and file any appropriate insurance claims. Customers making an order from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which will be levied once a shipment reaches your country of origin. Any additional charges required for customs clearance is the complete responsibility of the customer as we the merchant have no control over these charges and cannot predict on an order-by-order basis of what these charges will be. Customs policies can vary widely between destination countries and therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when making an order, the customer is considered to be the importer and therefore must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We have tried to make the shipping costs as streamlined as possible. There is no weight limit or cost variable depending on how many items you buy or how much it weighs,. Just one simple flat cost.
